Unless otherwise specified, this Terms of Service will also apply to the following mobile apps that are part of or related to iPackTravel directly or indirectly: iPackTravel, iCountDays, iEmo and iGoDutch (the "Apps").

By accessing the Website (at https://www.ipacktravel.com) and/or downloading any of the Leisure and Finance mobile Apps (listed above), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Website and using the Apps. The materials contained in this Website and Apps are protected by applicable copyrights and trademark law.
