Ever since Michelin Guide began to recognise and include affordable, good-quality eateries in their list of recommendations, since 2016, I have been using it to search for nice food in Singapore and when travelling overseas. The guide is useful for experiencing local culinary culture beyond fine dining, making travels more worthwhile.
