Ru Ji Kitchen (如记小厨) serves mainly bak chor mee (minced meat noodle) and fishball noodle — or combo of both. It occupies two adjoining stalls in Holland Drive Market & Food Centre. One of the stalls serves mainly handmade fishball noodle and the other serves bak chor mee and the combo dish. Ru Ji Kitchen is recommended by Singapore Michelin Guide since 2024.

The "All-In Combo" combines the ingredients of bak chor mee and fishball noodle into a single dish with a choice of desired noodle type — although mee pok is recommended for dry-style.
The dish is served with slices of fishcake, slices of mushroom and minced meat on dry-tossed mee pok and garnished with spring onions. 2 fishballs and 3 pork meatballs are served separately in a big bowl of soup. The noodle dish has a sweet-vinegary aroma when served. Its tossing sauce is well-balanced with mellow vinegar acidity and fragrant fried shallot oil. The mee pok used is quite thin, springy with a light crunch when bitten. The fishballs and meatballs are quite big and have soft, bouncy textures. It is a delicious dish indeed.

Other styles of trying Ru Ji Kitchen's bak chor mee and fishball noodle are also available. Expect long queues during lunch hours and on weekends.
