Ghim Moh Chwee Kueh (锦茂李老三传统水粿) is a long-standing hawker stall in 20 Ghim Moh Road Market & Food Centre, famous for its traditional chwee kueh (steamed rice cakes) made with a recipe since 1959. The stall has been recommended by Singapore Michelin Guide since 2018.

The traditional chwee kueh is made by hand using aluminium moulds and added with a savoury mixture, cooked using mainly preserved radish (chye poh), garlic, pork lard, etc, and chilli (optional) before serving. Minimum quantity per order is 4 pieces.

The dish is served slightly warm with a nice aroma from the preserved radish mixture, which is controlled in appropriate amount to give the chwee kueh adequate savouriness, not too much or less. The white rice cake is soft, with a texture that gives some biting pleasure, not too watery. This is delicious and not salty.

Chwee kueh has always been a great dish for breakfast or as light meals.
