Chuan Kee Boneless Braised Duck (全记起骨卤鸭) is a braised duck stall located in 20 Ghim Moh Road Market & Food Centre. The stall's specialty is its signature braised duck with rice / porridge / noodle and is recognised by Singapore Michelin Guide since 2018. Chuan Kee has another stall in Chong Pang Market & Food Centre.

In a group of 3, we configured our meal with just braised duck meat for 3 pax and 3 plates of rice. The well-cooked rice is coated with thick braised sauce that gives the rice a nice, sweet-savoury flavour. The dark soup has a mellow, distinct herbal flavour and probably the best I have tasted so far.

The deboned braised duck meat (for 3 pax), drenched in sweet-savoury braised sauce, is very tender and has nice flavour. The braised sauce has well-balanced flavour and not too sweet nor salty. It is very delicious and great to go with the rice.

For single-pax dining, the Duck Rice Set with duck meat, braised peanuts, braised egg and braised tofu on rice is the easiest choice. Options for porridge, noodle / kway teow, or to add more duck meat are available.
