This Terms of Use Agreement applies to these mobile apps: MyWealth Suite, iTreasurer, iInvestStock, iInvestFund, iInsured and IPT Currency (the "Apps").
1. Agreement to Terms of Use
Thank you for installing our mobile app (be it MyWealth Suite, iInvestStock, iInvestFund, iTreasurer or iInsured, herein referred to as the "App" where this Terms of Use Agreement is viewed). By using this App or accessing any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Terms of Use Agreement (the "Terms").
2. Overview of The App
This App is part of a personal finance suite of mobile apps, called the "Wealth Suite", that provides data keeping on personal financial matters. Each app is designed to manage data in different financial aspects: (a) iInvestStock tracks investment in stocks, (b) iInvestFund tracks investment in mutual funds or unit trusts, (c) iInsured keep tabs on personal insurance matters, and (d) iTreasurer tracks money movements in all other funds and/or foreign currencies. All the Apps serve to update you on your well-being in each financial aspect, the information must not be relied upon as professional advice in investments, insurance, or any finance-related matters.
Subject to applicability and development considerations, we may expand the apps to include on-demand functions for special uses or commercial purposes. These functions will be provided as add-ons on subscriptions basis or one-time purchases. Using this approach, we keep the costs of our apps low for personal use and at the same time provide advance features to users who need more capabilities.
As the App is designed for personal finance and for personal use, all data recorded by you in the App belongs to you and are stored locally on your device only. No data will be saved to our server.
3. General
We may modify the Terms on your use of the App at any time and without notice at our sole discretion. The modified terms shall be effective from the date stated above. You are responsible to check and keep yourself informed of the prevailing Terms whenever you access or use the App.
We may modify any information or features of the App at any time, without notice and without liability.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The contents of the App including but not limited to its source codes, documents, graphics, and user interface are owned by or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws including but not limited to copyright and trademark. Any unauthorised modification, reproduction or distribution of the App is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights.
5. Privacy Policy
We do not request for personal information that can identify you in the App, except when you provide us with feedback on the App and our services. We will need your name (or alias) and email address for further clarifications that we may have. After any issues are resolved, we will delete the emails after three (3) months.

6. Accuracy of Information
The App provides the convenience to track financial transactions (not carrying out actual transactions) and display results from computations of these data on your device. The App can be used in many countries, some practices or computation methods may differ in certain places, you are advised to evaluate the App and determine if the App is suitable for your use. All computed results and information shown depends on the correctness and accuracy of the data you entered in the App. We are not responsible and not liable for any data inaccuracy or any financial losses from using the information shown on the App.
While every effort has been made to ensure that the App and the contents are consistent with existing law and general practices, you must do your own checks and seek your own professional advice relevant to your particular circumstances.
7. Disclaimer and Exclusion of Liability
The App is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While every care has been taken by us in the provision of the App, in no event shall we be liable for any loss or damage:
(a) that you may incur in connection with using the App or relying on any statements, opinion, representation or information in the App;
(b) resulting from any delay in operation, telecommunications failure, Internet access difficulties or malfunctions in equipment or software, regardless of how the aforementioned events occur; or
(c) arising or resulting from the conduct or the views of any person who uses the App or any application or service linked to or from the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant and hereby disclaim any warranty: as to the accuracy, correctness, adequacy, fullness, reliability, timeliness, non-infringement, title, merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose of the contents of the App; or that the App and the contents therein or any functions in connection therewith will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected or that the App and its server is and will be free of all viruses or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, agent, program or macros and/or other harmful elements.
We shall also not be liable for and you agree that you shall have no claim in connection with any damage or loss of any kind caused to you as a result (whether direct or indirect) of reliance on the contents of the App.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and keep us indemnified against any claim, action, suit or proceeding brought or threatened to be brought against us which is caused by or arising out of (a) your use of the App, and/or (b) your breach of any of the Terms, and to pay us damages, costs and interest in connection with such claim, action, suit or proceeding.
You further agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) made against us by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
The App can be accessed from all countries around the world where technology permits. As each of these places have differing laws, by accessing the App both you and we agree that the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to the use of the App.
This Terms of Use Agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you accept and agree that you and we shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
