Ri Ri Hong Mala Hot Pot (日日红麻辣香锅) serves mala hotpot, and a list of cooked dishes, in People's Park Food Centre and is very popular. Other than the 2-unit main outlet in one corner of the food centre, Ri Ri Hong has a couple of stalls in the same food centre as well as several other branches around Singapore.

To order a mala hotpot, simply point at the ingredients and the staff will gather the items, specify the desired numbness and spiciness levels. The ingredients will be stir-fried using their own sauce with peppercorn and chillies for the specified taste. The cooked dish has really nice flavours with numbness and spiciness levels as specified by us.

First time at the stall, we tried the "big" spiciness level (大辣) for the mala hotpot and it was too spicy for us that we kept sweating and downing cold drinks, but we managed to finish it. On subsequent visits, we had "medium" and the spiciness was more acceptable. Do start with the "medium" or "low" level if you are unsure whether you can cope with Ri Ri Hong's spiciness.
