Kika Gelato (熙佳意大利雪糕) is an artisanal gelateria that specialises in Japanese-style gelato, renowned for its unique fusion of traditional Italian methods with high-quality Japanese ingredients. Located near Senado Square, the shop brings authentic, handmade Japanese flavours from Japan to Macau and is recommended by Macau Michelin Guide since 2017.

Kika Gelato has a range of artisan Japanese gelato with flavours of Matcha No. 5, Soy Milk Matcha Latte, Genmai Tea, Hojicha, Sakura, Japanese Citron, Okinawa Salt, etc. There are other flavours of Pistachio, Chocolate, Whisky Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, etc. And also special flavours of Shizuoka Crown Melon, Musang King Durian and Hokkaido 3.6 Milk.

On the other side, there are flavours of Grapefruit, Lemon Cheesecake, Taro, Egg Tart, Serradura, Rose Yogurt, Chocolate Mint, Blueberry Yogurt, Salted Caramel, Strawberry, Mango, Vanilla, and more. Customers can opt for 1~3 flavours of any gelato in a cup or sweet biscuit cone.

I have 3 flavours of gelato in one go: the Macau-favourite Serradura (木糖布丁), Japanese Citron (日本の柚子) and Okinawa Salt (冲绳の盐). The creamy Serradura gelato, with sweet crushed Marie biscuit, is coupled with refreshing flavour of citrusy citron and mellowly salted by the Okinawa Salt gelato. Opting for the savoury gelato was a great choice to make the cup sweet-savoury. The flavours are really nice and offer a great tasting experience.

Want to try something special in Macau? Goto Kika! Aside from Japanese flavours, Kika Gelato has some really special flavours, such as lemon cheesecake and egg tart, that are worth trying too.
