Gelatina Mok Yei Kei (莫义) is a famous, Michelin-recognised dessert store, of over 80 years, located along Rua do Cunha in Taipa Village of Macau. It is well-known for its Musang King durian ice-cream (猫山王雪糕) and Serradura pudding (木糖布丁), a Portuguese dessert that is more well-known and commonly found in Macau than in Portugal.

Mok Yei Kei's range of ice-creams looks delicious with many flavours (taro, melon, herb / vanilla, mango, blueberry, coconut, chocolate, strawberry) in trays and couple of flavours of durian ice-cream in covered tubs — "geletina" in Portuguese language means "gelatin", not "gelato". Except for durian ice-creams, the other flavours can be mixed.

Aside from ice-creams, there are several flavours of agar jellies (菜糕), mango pomelo sago (杨枝甘露), coconut sago (椰子西米露) and cold beverages too. Sago items can optionally be added with ice-cream.

The Serradura Pudding (木糖布丁), also known as sawdust pudding or Macao pudding, has finely crumbled Marie biscuits, which looks like sawdust, as toppings on whipped cream. The biscuit is the main source of flavour for the "pudding".

The sweetened whipped cream is frozen before serving, so it is not overly soft, has an ice-cream-like texture and very smooth. And it does not melt to become a milky fluid. The pudding is delicious with light flavours, not too sweet and really great as an after-meal dessert.

Mok Yei Kei's several flavours of durian ice-cream (Musang King, D24, etc) are highly-recommended too. I will want to try the Musang King ice-cream on the next visit.
