Sopa de Fitas Ving Kei (荣记豆腐面食) is a traditional Macanese eatery known for its silky tofu and comforting noodles prepared in traditional ways. The eatery is located along Rua da Tercena and not too far from the Ruins of St. Paul. While famous for its signature tofu pudding, soy milk and savoury soy food, Ving Kei also offers a variety of other local dishes like shrimp wonton, beef brisket noodles, and deep-fried wontons. The eatery is recommended by Macau Michelin Guide since 2016.

The signature hot Tofu Pudding (热豆腐花), served with a sweet syrup, has silky texture and is ultra-fine and soft. It is said to be made with traditional methods using an open flame, resulting in a rich, smoky flavour. Ving Kei's black coffee (即磨咖啡) is thick, aromatic and non-bitter and a great option for coffee-lovers.

The Beef Brisket Noodle (牛腩面) is served with tender beef brisket and springy thin noodle in a light, flavourful broth. This delightful dish is nice for breakfast.

Ving Kei's range of tofu products are definitely must-tries with their noodle dishes. If having too many tofu dishes in one meal is not an issue, go for their tofu noodle too.
