High Street Tai Wah Pork Noodle (大华肉脞面) is a popular food stall recommended by Singapore Michelin Guide for its minced pork noodle since 2018. Its main outlet is located in Hong Lim Market & Food Centre, and has several branches around Singapore. One of its branches is located in Hawkers' Street on level 3 of Bukit Panjang Plaza.

There seems to be quite a number of dishes on Tai Wah's menu, but they are mostly variants of the Signature Tai Wah Pork Noodle with different combinations of ingredients. The recommended noodle type for the minced meat noodle is mee pok (flat, yellow egg noodle).

The dry-style Pork Noodle (肉脞面) is served with nearly all the ingredients available — minced pork, lean pork slices, pig liver slices, meat balls, meat dumpling, fried sole fish and fried pork lard — on mee pok that is dry-tossed in a vinegary sauce. The noodle is delicious with different textures of the meat and the soup is flavourful from boiling the fresh piggy ingredients. The fried sole fish has a strong taste, quite similar to salted fish but not as salty, and enhances the pork noodle dish.

The dry-style Signature Tai Wah Pork Noodle (大华招牌肉脞面) is a larger version of the Pork Noodle with the same ingredients, and addition of seaweed, on dry-tossed mee pok. However, the quantities of all ingredients nearly doubled. It is a really hearty dish.

Tai Wah's pork noodle dishes are great options to have all ingredients, except fried meat dumplings, in a single dish. The other dishes varies the combination and amount of ingredients. Take your pick.
