Prince Noodles (王子牛腩牛杂粉面专家) is a noodle house that specialises in beef noodle and other non-beef noodle and rice dishes. It is located along Lock Road near Tsim Sha Shui MTR Station (Exit A1), diagonally opposite Cheung Hing Kee Shanghai Pan Fried Buns (祥兴记上海生煎包).

Prince Noodles's signature beef brisket / "outside skirt" steak (崩沙牛腩) — the best part of the beef brisket — is definitely a must-try and available in various combinations with other beefy parts, cooking styles, different noodle types or rice. There are claypot dishes of beef / pork with rice and many other dishes with shrimp dumplings, pork chop, pig trotter, fried chicken wings, fried dumplings, etc.

Prince Noodles (王子牛腩牛杂粉面专家): Must-Try Menu

The Supreme Beef Brisket Noodle (崩沙腩面)), with rice noodle, is served with thick cuts of beef brisket — they look very tender even before tasting — on thin-flat rice noodle in clear beef broth and garnished with a spoonful of chopped spring onions. The rice noodle in rich, flavourful beef broth is delicious on its own and the super-tender beef brisket is well-cooked with beefy flavour. This beef noodle is indeed delicious!

The Assorted Beef / Three Treasures Noodle (牛三宝面), with rice noodle, is similar to the Supreme Beef Brisket Noodle with lesser piece count of the beef brisket but added with slices of well-stewed, crunchy cow tripes and several ultra-soft tendons, yet not mushy. This is a great dish to go for the "three treasures of a cow" in a bowl of flavourful noodle soup.

Prince Noodles's beef brisket noodle / "three treasures" noodle is definitely must-try for beef-lovers. There are many other dishes for those who desire non-beef dishes.
