JB Bus: To Mid Valley Southkey Mall in Kota Southkey

Mid Valley Southkey Mall, one of the largest shopping malls in Johor Bahru, is located in an area known as Kota Southkey near to Sungai Tebrau (River Tebrau). Next to Kota Southkey is Taman Sentosa and on the other side of the river is the town of Permas Jaya in Masai.

Getting to Mid Valley Southkey Mall is easy, just take BAS.MY J15 at the bus terminal below JB Sentral. Service interval is 20 minutes and the fare is RM1.70.

BAS.MY J15, operated by Causeway Link and began operation on 30th September 2025, is the only public bus service that traverses between JB Sentral Bus Terminal and Mid Valley Southkey Mall. From JB Sentral, the bus service will travel on the Tebrau Highway, passes Pelangi Plaza and Taman Sri Tebrau and through Taman Sentosa, before stopping at the shopping centre.

The new service effectively serves 3 shopping malls: Pelangi Plaza, Plaza Sentosa and Mid Valley Southkey Mall.

To return to JB Sentral, go back to the same bus-stop for BAS.MY J15 — find the exit to the bus-stop in the basement level near to Village Grocer Supermarket. The fare should be RM1.70 too.
