168 CMY Satay (168春满园沙爹) is one venue in the food centre of Chinatown Complex but it has two stalls that serve satay-related dishes. The right stall sells mainly satays and the left stall sells satay bee hoon (沙爹米粉) and cuttlefish kang kong (鱿鱼雍菜).
The satay stall serves grilled pork, chicken and mutton satays and also ketupat (Malay rice cake). The satays are recommended by Singapore Michelin Guide since 2016. Minimum quantity is 10 sticks per order.

The satay meats (pork / chicken / mutton) are nicely grilled and really juicy and tender. The satay sauce with finely-crushed peanut is added with pineapple puree to give the sauce some tangy-sweetness to cushion the spiciness. The sauce pair very well with the satay. Add a ketupat to make it a meal.

The other stall's satay bee hoon and cuttlefish kang kong look nice too. I will try them next.
