Master Congee (大師傅粥品) is a restaurant chain that is well-known for its varieties of congee at reasonable prices. It has many outlets across Hong Kong and the flagship outlet is located in Tsim Sha Shui.

Master Congee has two types of congee / porridge: Cooked Porridge (即熟粥) will have ingredients added to hot, cooked porridge, whereas Boiled Porridge (生滚粥) will have ingredients boiled with the porridge. Aside from porridges, Master Congee also serves a series of cheung fun (肠粉) and some side dishes.

The Sampan Porridge (艇仔粥), a Cantonese porridge dish that originated from Guangzhou, has cuttlefish, lean pork and sliced lettuce added to cooked porridge — additional ingredients can be added-on as desired. The savoury porridge is nicely flavoured and enjoyable with the fried dough.
The Chinese fried dough (油条) is probably the fattest that I have ever seen and well-fried with crispiness, not hard and non-oily.

The Preserved Egg Lean Meat Porridge (皮蛋廋肉粥), under the "Cooked Porridge" category too, is added with lean meat and cuts of century egg in similarly flavoured porridge. The ingredients for this dish are fixed, thus, add-ons are not applicable.

Master Congee is a great place to go for Hong Kong-style porridge dishes and cheung fun anytime of the day.
