Jie Sheng Mee Soup (笙记云吞面之家) is a noodle house that specialises in wanton noodle. It is located along Jalan Keris 1 in Taman Sri Tebrau, Johor Bahru. Other than their signature wanton noodle, there are other main dishes such as dumpling noodle, fishball noodle, Vietnam pork chop rice, and side dishes such as beef balls soup, curry chicken, otak-otak, yong tau foo (酿豆腐), fried wantons, etc.

The small-size Traditional Wanton Noodle (云吞面), in white sauce, is served with springy all-egg noodle tossed in light sauce and added with thin slices of Johor-style char siew (lean barbecue pork) and scallion. Served separately is a bowl of flavourful soup with 5 medium-size wantons (meat dumplings) — two pieces of add-on yong tau foo are also added to the soup. The wantons are delicious with fresh, savoury minced pork and has nice flavour. The noodle dish is delicious indeed.

The "principle" of Jie Sheng Mee Soup is “Deliciousness is worth waiting for, don’t buy if you can’t wait” (美味是值得等待、不可以等不卖). So, expect to wait for them to cook the dishes to perfection. Good food is meant for people with patience.
