Otter Pizza, in Le Quest Shopping Centre, is housed in the same shop as Ji De Chi Dessert (记得吃甜品). Both Otter Pizza and Ji De Chi Dessert are under the same management, Otter Group. Otter Pizza serves pizzas, of course, and Ji De Chi Dessert serves both traditional and modern desserts — they complement one another.
Otter Pizza has a number of pizzas under 3 categories (Standard, Premium and Specialty) with different toppings and in either small or large size. The Durian Mango Feast specialty pizza is available in large size only. There are also side dishes, such as chicken nuggets, potato wedges, chicken drumlets, garlic / cinnamon bread, etc.
Otter Pizza primarily uses a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese on their pizzas, unless other types of cheese are specially used for certain pizzas. The baked pizza crusts are soft and airy inside with crispy toasted surface. The melted cheese is soft and stretchy when eaten hot. All pizzas are accompanied by packets of cheese powder and chilli flakes.
The Otter Haiwaiian pizza, under "Standard" category, is topped with ham and pineapple — and cheeses, of course. It has nice, mellow flavours of savoury ham and no sharp acidity from the pineapple.
The Beef Up pizza, under "Premium" category, has minced beef, slices of ham, mouth mushroom, olives, shallots and similarly topped with cheeses and baked. It is delicious too with nice flavours of the ingredients, especially from the minced beef and olive.
There are around 20 types of pizza on Otter Pizza's menu. I can try a different flavour each time with Ji De Chi Dessert's traditional / modern dessert.
